We were so excited for my Sister Chelsey to finally come home on December 6, 2010 from her mission in Tennessee. It went by SO fast! My parents flew back there to pick her up, and got to see some pretty country. Therefore, my sisters and bro had to plan the welcome back party, and make sure everything was in its place. Tennessee's colors are orange so we went all out! My sister left when I was 8 months pregnant with Livvie, so it was a great surprise to meet a new little niece! 
Once Chelsey got settled into her soft bed it was time to plan her homecoming! We had Cafe Rio salads, and the desserts to HEAVEN!
